I ordered a whey protein from sixteeninches because I had heard from a friend that it was a reputable website. I ordered on 2nd july, 2022 and today it’s 21st july, 2022 and they still haven’t delivered the prepaid order. They don’t even have a customer care number on which I can call. They have a whatsapp chat but all they tell me is that they can’t even refund it because “it’s in transit”. I put up in delhi and it was shipped from karnal only. How hard is it for a package to come from karnal to delhi? They’re still telling me to wait till this week.
Couldn’t have had a worse experience than this. 0/10 would never recommend this fraud website to anyone.
