Dear sir,
I had paid an advance of 50000rs in the month of feb for a 2 bhk house in slv layout, bangalore and for personal reasons i couldnt come to home in the time i promised the lady, but the lady told without giving the house key we need to pay the house rent of 2months and maintenance as we didnt step into the house, ie 21000rs and maintenance of 3000rs for 2 months. The house is not in good status also. please help to find a solution.
