I’m Vishal Borase, and I’m from Dhule, Maharashtra. I will graduate in August 2022, and a sales representative from Skill Lync called to ask if I would like to purchase one of their courses. When I was shocked by the price, she explained that you only need to pay for the course yourself for the first two to three months, after which you will receivea paid internship for a period of ten thousand rupees, and after which you will receivecareer services where multiple companies will conduct interviews with you. We had first prepared you for these interviews, and you will receive.
First, they asked me to register, then they took my documentation and 9091 rupees for registration. However, after using my documentation to apply for a loan from Eduvanz Finance, which is a third party, I wasn’t aware that they had filled out my application and listed my status as a working professional. After I called Skill Lync, they assured me that I didn’t need to worry and that I would be able to support myself within two to three months of getting a job. The pre-recorded videos in their course content are 5–6 months old, for example, which caused me many problems as I continued their course.
i am not understand there videos so i book 1-1 session where they told me you just want to complete courses challenges they not told properly how to solve after i tell skill lync person who sell me course for my querry they told call your rm that is relationship manager the no is on your dashboard or in mail then i called them he told me you not attend us live session workshop so i told them i have no idea about i not recive any mail.
they promised to check and send it to me, then they sent me a link after completing 3–4 challenges while watching recorded video after attending an online workshop but missing the first one, after which I received two courses live, but I only completed the third imp course while watching their worst pre-recorded video, earning a 50% completion rate, but they gave me an internship after only 4 months, even though I had already paid 3 months’ worth of EMIand had no money, at which point they advised me to pay EMI
I had no other choice but to pay the fourthmonth of EMI after arranging money, so I got an internship but was told during the internship session that they gave stipends on the 10th of every month, but the EMI payment date is the 5th of every month, so I called a skill lync sales representative, who told me that I needed to arrange money. I argued with them that before enrolling you told me that you needed on 2-3 months pay, but I had already paid up to the fourth She then says angrily, “It’s not my fault you didn’t finish your courses before three months and didn’t get an internship.”
I was not able to pay my EMI on the 5th of the month due to a lack of funds, and I received my internship stipend on the 15th rather than the 10th as promised. I then filled out the 5th EMI, but because the EMI date was past due, a panelty of 250 RS was placed on my bank account due to a subsequent mandate that I received.
Then I realized that I had accidentally closed my loan bank account after the bank informed me that there was no way to cancel it. I had done this because I had no money to make a payment and had already lost up to $1,000 in penalties due to a check that had bounced.
but when I received my second stipend, I paid them from upi using a different bank. When I received my third stipend, I did not pay them because I realized that 1,000+ students had already fallen victim to their scam, so I did not pay the EMI and had already closed the loan bank account. However, Eduvaz Finance agents began calling me and threatening me, saying that if I did not pay, they would come to my house.
After receiving career service, I received no opportunity from Skill Lync, and Eduvanz Finance has been harassing me to pay. Please help us they are fraouders. I told them I did not take the loan that Skill Lync took, but they did not hear me and kept calling. I became frustrated and depressed.
