skyshop deals – Unreponsive to replace Broken product

I ordered Nicer Dicer plus through and received it on 26th March’2016 which is broken. I contacted the corresponding mob no. 9716921567 and the lady receiving phone instructed me to send my postal address by sms. I did it, but no response was received even after two days. Then I called customer care no. 09592169802. Hope the same lady picked up the phone and cut it on saying that she will check and inform later on. Today I contacted again and instructed me to send the photo of the broken part through whatsapp. As I do not use it I requested to send mail address. She supposed to sent it immediately as per conversation. But it is still not received. The customer care service is so confusing and misleading in the name of guaranteed service. Most of the time they do not receive phones.
The product I received is different (Nicer Dicer fusion) from product I ordered (New Nicer Dicer plus) and it is incomplete which was depicting at the time of placing order. The peeler and gift coupon Rs.2000/ was missing from the pack.

So, I request you kindly to take necessary action to get replaced of my broken item with new, complete and exact product ordered. You are also request to check the code of conduct of consumers meet and make publicity against the marketing group about their services.
