This is regarding the construction of resdiential building by M/S Nirvana at SadeSatra Nali Road Hadapsar Pune.The project was due for possession in March 15.But till date the work progress is very slow n it will need one more year to complete the project.The builder is not entertaining & executing towards the comletion of the building.Each one of us has paid 90% of the amount but still it is not completed.Builder is aiming to complete the flats which are sold.Also the quality of construction is detoriating day by day.He is not fulfilling the promises done by him at the time of buying this flat.one of the building he gave possession is still suffering with various issues.He committed to give posseession on 30.04.2017.But looking at the building & progress thereoff, it doesnt seem to complete.We have been frustrated persueing to him every day for posseession.Please help
