I done Complaint to cyber crime for the same issue happening with me.. they forwarded case to local police station.. i visited police station. But instead of understanding scinerio poilce harshly spoke that this is not our responsibility.. you close your all bank accounts.. this is our poiice.. so i left Case as it is.. yehi agar kisi mantri ke sath hota hai to hours me solve ho jata..
