I have purchased a Fit Wise Watch online and has delivered today the 16th of February. but to my surprise it is not at all worthy for my use. so I tried to contact the supplier on the mail Id they provided vide their catalogue and other such low quality pieces of papers but those Id seemed to be bogus. Phone No also is not provided so there is no way to contact them to take steps to return the product and to get refund of my Rs 2999.So please make them take return of this less worthy product and to refund my money. Expecting stern action in speed. An early response is solicited.

I purchased two fitpro smart bands. Received on 30th June 2021. Found it is useless hence mailed to support group of Fitpro, Ms.Gayatri Bhattachrya for refund on 1.7.2021. Yet she has not arranged for pick up the device and return money back.
