This is an absolute Fraund Company as I have purchased 1 00 yards plot in 2012 at Smard Meadows Parent Company Shree Govind Real Infrasructure Pvt Ltd. I have booked through their Customer first office in Rajender Nagar.
The All inclusive price of the Plot given was INR 1, 30000/- including Registry charges. Out of which, I have already paid 75% payment to them Rs. 92, 000/- till July 2014. As Company Promised to do the registeries by 2014 & after that when I came to know that this Company is fraud, i stopped the payments & also sent numerous mails to the Company but not revert. Some Fraud officials of the Company were some Bhaatti, Shambhu Aggarwal & Shiv Pratap Harsana.
They are all frauds & now they are asking for the balance payments & saying that the Company is doing regesteries.
When I asked them to refund the money that ### are saying no payment will be given back.
Need to bring it to the notice of the Local Board authourities of the Jaipur, PMO & CMO of Rajastahan on immediated basis & urge for a immediate & strict action against all those ### officials & owners of the Comany.
What is the current status of your case? Is your plot registered on your name? I have also paid them for a plot.
