But they are send to 2nd hand mobile. I want to refound my money. They are not answering my calls also. Please as early as possible solve my problem and punish the bloddy chester’s

this is to say that my order no-2563684626 is for Krypton Dual SIM P30 Pro 6’15 Inch Smartphone (White) With 6GB RAM,64 ROM & Tripple Rear Camera (P30 White) of amount Rs 4499/- on dated 26/11/2019 but we have received SPIRIA mobile on dated 2/12/2019. which is not my order.
