SMILES APP – Unilateral refusal to action on genuine complaints citing their laid POLICY .

Order 1483548940 dt 13th sept. Ordered items include 1 gallon milk MAARMUM and Eggs.
The items were to arrive between 3 to 6pm – they first said IN CHAT that items will arrive by 4.28pm then they said by 5.11 to 5.30pm and finally
arrived around 6.35pm after much followup as we were to go for an movie 8pm
show at vox cinema DCC. We had to leave earlier so as to have early snacks
or dinner before going for movie as my Mother In Law aged over 80 was with
us. If milk was delayed it would have been kept out of the door and may have
been spoiled hence was following up. They compensated by giving Aed 20
voucher which I said is ok if it is genuine discount net off service fee, delivery
and minimum order to which they agreed but when you use that code still
Minimum purchase, service fee and delivery fee is to be considered.
We kept the AL AIN eggs tray in the fridge and
were removing one by one on a daily basis breakfast. My wife notice that
the bottom side of the eggs were crack or damaged after few days. We
escalated the matter on 18th , again on citing POLICY they refused
any action firmly. We sent them photo of the tray and damaged eggs.(CHATS
OF 18TH can be referred to ). again NO ACTION citing POLICY

Then when we used their compensation
Aed 20 voucher we were surprised that both service fees, delivery fees and
minimum order value was being enquired for.
Still we ordered and again Order 2059097139 dt
25th Sept FOR DELVIERY ON 26TH MORNING.
One of the product was 1 gallon of milk – they gave us milk
dated 24th which we wanted to return / replace but they firmly
refused citing policy that we did not request for fresh milk though the product
description clearly mentions MAARMUM 1 GALLON FRESH
MILK
Time taken : 1 started correspondence at 8.17am and their
assigned agent contacted at 8.48pm and refusal matter was closed at 9.34am.

Despite contacting their support team, the matter remains
unresolved. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring
appropriate action is taken.
