Dear Sir,
I ordered a rado hyperchrome full black watch from luxury boom website worth Rs. 15990/-. After placing the order their executive called me for confirmation.
I said that deliver the product only if it is genuine and original. Their executive told me that the product is 100% original and they are selling it at discounted price. So i confirmed the order.
When the delivery boy came ,i again called on the same no. And again confirmed that if the product is original, she insisted that it is original.
When i opened the courier i found that the product was ingenuine / replica. This time when i called they didnot gave me proper response.
Today when i called some another guy put the call and said that their products are not 100% original and even they are not allowed to say that the products are original. Previously some lady by the name of priti was in touch with me.
The courier was sent through snap kart.

Please do the needful and help me to get my money returned.
