I ordered a product from snapmart.co.in a month ago on 18th of Feb and was told that it would be delivered within t-6 days. I called them after 10 days and was said that it is in progress. The lady was not confident so I asked her for a manager she disconnected. I called them again at for around 10 times someone answered and hung up after 1-2 seconds. Finally someone answered and I spoke to a manager Rajesh.shetty who said my product will be delivered on 19th of March and assured me. Today I’m still waiting for my product so I again called and from first call onwards my call was disconnected for 5-6 times and then a lady answered and said that I don’t have patience as in calling them again and again and when asked her that why my call was been disconnected from customer service she said there is a meeting going on and again hung up. Then I called around 40 times and every time my call was disconnected. Pathetic customer service all uneducated people and management. I was this complaint to reach a higher level and a quick action to be taken against this fraudstwrs and website should be shy down emmidiately as this is not a shopping website it’s a clear scan.
