Sir, I have buyed JBL charge 2 plus from www.snepstore.com and the product which i recieved is not a genuine.
I had done cash on delievery. I want to get my money refund. Initially they have told that the product is genuine with no warranty product. However the product is not genuine and they have labelled a duplicate sticker of JBL. They are selling cheap duplicate product under the tag of JBL. This company is totally fraud.
Sir please do take some strict action
