Dear Sir ,

My Name K Durga Prasda Rao, I have ordered a mobile from snepstore on 12/10/2017 and it was received by courier on 16/10/2016 and i have raised a return request on 16/10/2016 through snepstore website due to mobiles are not in good condition and the snepstore executives are not respoded till date. sir its not a snepstore – its a fake store / chore store. They don’t Know hard earned money means that’s way doing like this.

Hence I request you to please take an action against snepstore and do needful to me and others also who are facing the same problem.
