I have booked a shop with SNG Vardhman plaza greater Noida in 2012bon 3 floor For my end use .I was assured that the possession will happen by April’2014/and assured returns @12% would be made to me month on month with PDC’s issued in advance. After 3 months of my booking the cheque of assured started bouncing and the builder confirmed that going forward amount would be transferred in my account directly.it’s been now 4 years from the booking till date. There has been not construction further and assured returns are not been paid. The builder office and the team have stopped responding. No clarity over possession. Now I am not getting any response and clarity over possession. Rgds Girish Jotwani
