I have repeatedly called Hepel over my order But no responsible answer was received from there Then a call came from the front that we will give you a refund But the refund did not come and the call came back that we should check the item and give it to him That’s why I gave permission but the thing I got is broken which is of no use to me No one has to answer for consumer protection anymore. I don’t take any responsibility and I don’t even give a reply in the mail whether I will get a refund or not.
