Dear sir
I am using sony xperia xa1 since june 2017.I am facing problem about touch screen so I submitted my mobile in sony care kolhapur,Maharashtra. They repaired device long time of 20 days.
After four months I am facing same problem now.So i go to sony care today 1 march 2018 and ask about replacement.They told me replacement is not possible. You have to submit your device and it will be repaired in 8 to 15 days.So i submitted my device and asked them for standby mobile.and they don’t give me standby mobile.They told that we submitted all our standby pieces to company one day ago.T he standby pieces will available after 2-3 months.
Worst service of sony. I don’t trust on any sony device now.
