I also faced the same issue – cleaning the dust but while fixing the TV, technician removed the wifi connection and to call back again & after arrival the technician while opening the backside side of the TV, he broke one of the plastic lock / larch which shows of its poor quality and when asked about this, they are telling it is common while opening – now who is at loss after spending rs. 1.30 lakhs & got the TV lock broken. But have decided not to buy Sony products & it’s other products which has poor quality materials & also not recommend to others.
