I want my refund

Hello souq,
This is Kishor Karki from Dubai Investment Park 1. I had ordered a laptop and other accessories but i had to return the laptop last friday due to some fault. Other accessories are in good condition … So it’s been already 1 week that I am waiting for my refund. And i have got no more information about that..
So please kindly return my money ASAP coz it’s really urgent for me.
