I was charged twice for same item
I ordered on 3jun one apple airpods with 550 derhams but i was charged twice and contacted souq dubai on 6jun and opened a ticket number 13154172
It has been a month contacting souq via emails messanger and more than7 or 8 international calls
Sent all the requested documents to solve this matter
The customer service agent each call tell me different things which is illogic and shows that none cares about customer service
Please i want to end up this matter and refund my money back to my credit card
Please solve that problem i am supposedly dealing with souq.com dubai such a reliable entity should care more about its customers
I am really fed up from this stalling although you have all required documentation you asked for ( bank statment)
This is my last trial to reach souq team to handle my problem then i will have to take all the necessary legal actions
