I’m form middle class i wanted a phone for working I done payment by UPI payment is done on 17/05/2021
My order I’d is 98531
Product name OPPO F15 colour lighting black 128gb
Amount was 2490 Rs
Payment method lazy pay app
Payment done successful to MRS RATHOD PUSHPABE on 17 may 2021 Time 03:20 PM
Transaction ID is. TXN123032841
Thire three-step mode for ordering
Step 1 payment
Step 2 confirm by whatsapp
Step 3 order placed secssfull
But after completion of step 1 thire was no any way to complete other steps even we cannot see our order details also on the website if we choose to see order option website is asking for login but thy didn’t gave any loing I’d or password and all
payment is done cus web site was showing the payment should be done by UPI and we have to Sher the payment details by whatsapp ke was showing on website but after completion of payment when I try to confirm the payment by whatsapp it took me to what’s app but due no number their was no any what’s app number their the pop-up msg in what’s app was 91…this number is to short u can’t do it
After this I tried to call on the number witch was written on the website but the number they had given is switched off 📴 it’s not in work the third ting I done is I sent a mail 📬 to them by using their mail id witch was written on the website but no reply till now please helppppp
