Sparenkart – Mobile handset payment but no confirmation , no response

Today 4/8/2021 purchased the mobile Oppo refurbished mobile displayed on site. I had done the payment (Rs. 1249) and written a mail with all details; Like Transcation Id -121611992702 , Purchase date / time : 4/8/2021 at 11.49 AM and order no. was 274108.
After no response after the payment , i had written a mail on gmail shared under the contact segment of Sparenkart page along with all attachments proof of payment and the message received after the payment from UPI was also shared , but no response received.
The name dispalyed after payment was Mr. Himanshu, and upi was 1234567891@yesbank.
How the web sites are allowing to upload the product details after receiveing of customer responses to the particular store or wholeseller who is selling product and cheating to the customer.
If we consider that platform is open for all to dispaly the products to sell online but after receipt of various cousmer complaint or feedback, why the action is not initiated.

Need robust action from govt. agencies to survelliance these type of complints customer is sharing towards particular seller / store. if it will not address the issue will leads to loss of customer and this impact will be to good online selling sites like amazon, flipkart. The trust on these sites is also is a question mark to purchase the products.

How to file a complaint against Sparenkart?

* Go to page
* Write Sparenkart in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Sparenkart.
