I ordered Oppo F11 in Sparenkart which is available in Google search and had asked me to pay 1249/- which I payed through Phone Pe after that there is another to confirm the payment via whatsApp and that whatsApp is not available and 1249/- was debited from my account but I was not asked to create any account or login page but after the payment I have sent mail to their mailing address no response and the number is switched off..This is totally a fraud and someone has to take legal action against this kind of websites who make money with full access..Please if someone can help me.

Hi, I have purchased a refurbished mobile phone from Sparenkart website today on 21st May 2021 and made the payment of 1249/- and than I tried to contact them through whatsapp that was not getting contacted as no number has mentioned. The mobile number that is mentioned in the website is switched off. I wrote an email today but I haven’t received any reply from them. I guess, it is all a new type of fraud or scam. It was my first and last time to purchase online. In this time of pandemic my money got looted by these scampers. Not only my money went but my trust over the online purchase. My order number is 106162. That is untraceable I guess now. Please someone try to contact the sparenkart to either make the payment return or deliver the product as soon as possible.
