I have paid Rs. 1995/- for purchase of dry fruits fron Special Nuts Mart through Razor Pay. Till today I have not received any message of shipping of my order. My order no. as I received is #1421. If this company is fraud my money may be refunded. The company says, they will notify shipping of order within 24 hours of order confirmation. Till today i have not received any message of shipping my order.

I paid Rs 1197 on 11 Oct 21 to priya enterprises for purchase of nuts to Special nuts mart through Razor Pay.Till date no information received for dispatch. Emai Id provided by razor pay in payment confirmation mail is not working and mail being delivered.
I ordered it for old age parents using my hard earned money. Can anybody help me in regsitering FIR in this regard.
