Sri Kaleswari Travel – pathetic service

I have booked A/C sleeper ticket which costs me 1200/- to travel on 4th of June, 2014 for my mother. He didn’t switched on A/C in the bus. While asking he answered in unparliament language also. The journey was very pathetic and rude. Kindly act upon this
