This project is now delayed for almost 3 yrs and still they are forcing the buyers to book additional car park instead of penalty the builder has to pay for which the buyers have to pay in addition to the penalty the builder is should pay. They don’t even have a plan for registration after almost 3 yrs now. They have gone through fraud by their employees due to the negligence from the owner. Lots of deviation from the design provided. Enquire with the buyers from this builder before you make a decision. I would simply ignore and never recommend him for my friends and relatives.
