SRL DIAGNOSTIC – amount refund

I and my wife are suffering from fever. MY wife is having a very high temperature. In view of the current scenario, I wanted to be sure that none of us having COVID -19 or some other serious problem So I booked an online home sample collection using SRL Diagnostic app around 4:00 am and slot has been allotted me at 8:00am to 9:00am. I have been waiting for their call since morning and no one come to collect sample at the same time my wife’s health is getting deteriorated, I have contacted their customer care no 9111591115 many times but no one responded.

I have received a message from them at 12:05 PM regarding sample collection (Kamaldeep Singh 8556956755) will reach at 1:30 PM for the same but no one bothers about it. I have called the given no 8556956755 at 2:00 PM and he advised that he can’t not collect the sample today and will come tomorrow as he has not received any confirmation from SRL regarding this.

I have email SRL for cancellation of my order and refund of the amount, They replied it is a lengthy process to get the order cancelled and to refund the amount.

As I and my wife both are at risk of life and how irresponsibly these people are behaving, So i request you to intervene for refund of my amount in view or these serious service lapses.
