the whole story goes like
this we went to the boarding point where
the pick up van comes. we didn’t get
any call from the SRS travels operator nor
they didn’t pick our calls . we got to some
how know that the pick up van went

. then when we enquired the travels after
so many calls we told mehdipatnam

is near for us since it’s heavily raining .
they told to come mehdipatnam and

the bus will come by 10:45 . we waited
till 11:45 but no bus came and no

one bus operator shared in the SMS
details picked the call or called us our
where abouts . After being frustrated of
repeated calls to the SRS travel agency
they told bus is in gachibowli and it won’t
come in the route of mehdipatnam . bus
operator didn’t inform us about the route
nor he responded the calls. I have also th
e call log histow as a proof that he

didn’t respond in case if u require for
further processing. after being so much
frustrated and mental agony we had to
board the other travel bus we had to pay
extra amount 8k for two tickets . please
do the needful and refund our amount.
