I’ve been with this PG for three months. When I first joined, they demanded an advance of 10,000 rupees and a rent payment of 8,500 rupees per month without food.
They refused to refund my 10,000 deposit, and later I learned that the owner, Sriram Parameshwar, had defrauded many other people.
