We did not receive a parcel sent from Kerala to Bangalore on 20th October 2020. Upon enquiring 4 days later, they mentioned that the parcel was in ‘opened state’ and that rats had damaged it at their Bangalore HSR Layout warehouse. They do not take the responsibility for their actions nor do they respond to emails or phone calls now.
