This complaint is regarding the following incident:

On 10-nov2019; there were two fraud transactions which happened on my credit card through Paytm of Rs 20000 /- and Rs 49995/-.

I immediately reported the matter to the bank within 2 minutes and blocked my credit card and advised the bank to stop the payment. I also reported the matter to Paytm and I also filed an FIR.

The standard chartered bank gave me a temporary reversal of the amount but without any communication took the money back from my credit card.

I called the phone banking and I was told that during the investigation the bank felt that it is my fault.
