Hi Team,

I am using the Crédit Card of Standard Chartered bank. Last year in November I called to customer care and state that I want to close this credit card they said ok. They said please pay amount 35-36 K approx. to close this card. I agree on that and I paid that amount and called again to close this card. Every thing is fine. But after 1-2 month again I got an message to pay 2000 again. I called again to customer care that what amount is that. They make some excuses and last week I receive a call state that pay 6000 to close this card.

Please assist on this issue.
