Standard Chartered Bank – Credit Card Balance

I have received from above bank for CREDIT Card balance of Rs.81376.88 against the credit card No. 4129048381711750.

I have never obtained credit card from Standard Chartered Bank. Therefore no question of any balance

Therefore please help me in resolving this issue with the bank
