I ordered a women’s flat shoe titled “My moment of love” Shoe size-36 on 11-25-2016 amounted to Rs.249 from www.Streetstylestore.com but the product has not yet been delivered.I have complained uncountable times on their customer care number but they don’t take it seriously and even refuse to take my calls.I have requested for refund but although they have started the refund process it has not yet been refunded from their side and also from SBI(I did my payment through SBI net banking).Their negligence has cost me a lot of time and labour.So I request u to kindly act on this matter and help me to get my refund and pliz teach them a lesson not to repeat such negligence in future
