I had drawn 10000 rupees from my fathers punjab national bank (IFSC: PUNB0617900) debit card on behalf of my father from state bank atm (IFSC: SBIN0014932) but i got
just 7000 rupees from atm. Even I didnt get any receipt from atm. The atm was faulty. And my father received sms from pnb that 10000 rupees had been deducted from his
account. Please find it in attachment below. After this senario I tried reaching manager of sbi shivaji chowk wardha branch (IFSC: SBIN0014932) but he advised me not
to worry about it and the money would be refunded back as soon as audit is completed. He even advised to lodge a complaint in pnb for above senario. We did the same. Sms of complaint lodged is attached below. After the complaint when we appraoched pnb collecter office wardha branch (IFSC: PUNB0617900), they said that the refund was
rejected by sbi. We were not told about reason of rejection. Then we approached sbi bank manager of sbi bank from where money was withdrawn. Although he was not
bothered to here us, he suggested us to give a complaint in written to pnb bank manager. So we did the same thing. Pnb bank manager forwarded the complaint to nagpur
pnb office (parent office of wardha pnb bank). Even he made mistake while forwading the complaint by writing that money was withdrawn from axis bank atm. Till now we
have not received our money. And I would like to request you to take strong steps against these people (sbi bank manager and pnb bank manager of above given banks). Also as the 3000 rupees is pending with the bank, the money would have been used by bank for there own purpose. So I would need 3000 rupees refund as well the extra charges for usage of our money by bank. Money was withdrawn on 15 march 2017 and it is yet to be refunded back. So I would need extra charges of unauthorised usage of money by bank from 15 march till the date it will be refunded back. Request you to kindly look into this issue as early as possible and enact upon same and help us in getting our money back.
