On June 4, 2023, I placed an order for a personalized watch (order ID: 4815519).
It will be delivered in 5 to 9 business days, according to their statement. However, the order hasn’t even been sent out.
Using the track your order page, I continuously monitored the order’s status changes, which ranged from pickup exception to pickup rescheduled.
I emailed customer service, and they responded that I would need to wait at least 9 days.
They even mentioned that the order will be dispatched by today or tomorrow in the mail received on 8th june.It’s been more than that now. I have also called the customer care. They said that we will prioritize your order. But till now no improvement!! Will I get my product
P.S I have made the payment of Rs. 319 which is understood since they have only prepaid options
