Order not received but money deducted
I had ordered two phone cases from the site on 06/01/2018. On the site,it is showing that the order is processing from then. A WhatsApp number and an email id is provided there, but both are not working. The mobile number is 7433072348 and the mail id is [email protected]
As I made the payment of Rs.199 through SBI debit card , money is being deducted but neither the product is delivered nor there is any option to contact them to know about the order details.
I am wishing to get my money back. Please help
