I ordered a lehenga material with storeadda.com on 6th Aug’18 of worth 2783 INR. There is no details when the order will be dispatched or status.

Simply it says completed internally when I have not received the product. They do not respond to emails, phone calls which is very frustrating and annoying.

I want to cancel this order, but there is no option for cancellation either.

Please look into it.
