I placed my order no. 10611 dated 31.03.2018, I got an email confirming my order but after that no further updates on my order, no shipping no. or details was provided by them to me. No one is picking up the mobile no. provided by them, no response at all from their side. I sent them whatsapp msg, facebook msg, sms, tried them calling but no one answered, emailed them on the sales@storeadda and also on support@storeadda and also through the reply button on their order confirmation page. I also wrote on facebook messenger to the proprietor of the website Storeadda but all in vain. Got no response from them at all. At last, twice they picked up the phone too but did not answer my query and disconnected the phone. Seems, they are not going to send me anything. On their website, they promised to deliver the products within 5-7 days, but now after 11 days, they have not even sent any shipment details, nor are they giving me any tracking no. and are just silent. Also, I have not received the order till date. Now, seeing their attitude this seems impossible to get the products in time, which I needed for a marriage in my family. Now, I want my money back.
