I have placed an order on online shopping website www.streetstylestore.com on 26.08.16 for a belly shoes worth rs 699/- .More than 22 days has passed since i placed the order on website but my order has not even dispatched yet.There is no progress/change in order status from the day i have placed the order.I am unable to contact the help desk over phone as website’s help desk no is not working/valid. I have even wrote several emails to website helpdesk email id and asked them to RETURN MY MONEY but received no response.
Website states a policy of 3 to 21 days delivery on its online portal.But has failed to deliver me the product and not even ready to return my money back.I pray to you take urgent action against this online fraud
