I odered 3 shoes on 2/26/2016 with order number #531954 and have made online payment if Rs 1099 but have still not received my order. The website says it takes 3 to 21 days for delivery but its been more than 21 days for my order, i sent 2 emails to them for the first email they said they will send the product on priority and the status of delivery is priority dispatch since 3/7/2016 but have not yet received the delivery and the company have failed to reply on my 2nd email when i told them i will file a complaint in consumer court.

I ordered two dresses on 30/4/2016 with order number #666991 and its been more than a month and i haven’t received my product..i cannot track my order and it says priority dispatch.what does it mean? Can i please get my product soon? Thank you
