I am Mayur sonawane I got job at STW enterprises they said my Job is of form filling some 410 form and time limit is 5 days they say your registration is free and registration amount RS 7200 will be didcted from first salary and asked for documents and they made registration on my father’s name and did get proper guidance about registration for job and when I was unable to complete jobs during the given time I had called their helpline number and the person who registered me about deadline extension but they didn’t respond and on next day I got a call from their legal department that a case is filed against me of not completing job and should pay 15000 to get NOC and the whole thing about 15000 was not made clear before signing for job and this all happened from 29 January 2021 from 4 to 5 pm and the company don’t even have their website please help me.
