I had booked above hotel looking at the photographs shown on your site for 22nd and 23rd August 2016. When I reached there it was in commercial complex on 2ndFloor I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for the lift as there was no arrangement for hotel staff to collect baggage from ground floor The room provided to me was very small hardly any place to move, not dusted, floor had previous manny days dust could feel the same . There was not Geysar in the Bathroom . they arranged for bucket full of hot water . Then Breakfast they had Vada Pav/ Dabehli/ Sandwich. Which they were getting from road outside .
When I made a complaint to OYO they said they will check and revert back I dont know when it was inspected but there was not improvement till the evening . I could feel there is something wrong happening so I decided to move out of the Hotel after paying two days charges and stying for one day. I wish to inform you that this is not Hotel it is a Lodge which local OYO staff is trying to project as Hotel . As a old customer Ifeel cheated and therefore shifted to other place in Ahmedabad . Also I had a booking in Delhi for 2 days 24th to 26th August 2016 which I didnot checked in because of fear that I will be treated in same way. Please look in to the complaint and try to improve . I have lost trust in OYO feel insecure to stay in such properties.
