I was ordered a combo item on this site on 15 Feb 2017 my order no 15 12743 i receive it on 20 Feb 2017 than i checked the defected product i raised a complaint on 20 Feb 2017. but they cant reply me. than i call them and told that i receive the defective product . than they told me you send me the pictures of the item than again i send the mail on 24 Feb 2017. the representative of this site told me that they resolve my problem at the earliest. than in march i was again call them many times and tell them please resolve my issue but they always said that they call me in two days for the complain status. now today i again call them to resolve my issue but they told me i was check the issue and contact you. i request to the consumer complaint representative please contact with this company representative and get action in this regard i want my money back an amount of rs 2199. and get back the product because its defected and very low quality.
