As i order some product from sugar and i found it broken i ask them to return they said we have no one that can take the parcel so u arrange it. After that i sent back the parcel by Indian post when the package reached their they said that it was empty
And has only 1-2 only and they can do anything about this situation i lost around 1630rs i don’t know who is faulty whether Indian post or sugar cosmetics according to me sugar cosmetics is just putting blame on me and targeting Indian post.
Please help me with my refund its about 25 days i messaged them but they won’t solve my problem now making excuses like i don’t have send the whole products to them the Maine thing is that they are blaming me and putting me into the scam.
