complaint about – i am a resident of sukhdev enclave . these flats are on panj peer road . these flats are taken care by ludhiana improvement trust . there are alot of complaints on these flats. there are many problems . some of them are –
#sewage problems
#proper roads
etc. . a report says that these flats will be ready till 2018. but they are not still ready. there are no facilities provided. there are lifts provided but no one takes care of it. some lifts are not working and in some lifts are also not present. it’s my humble request to look into this matter and take action quickly. i request you to send me a proof of improvement on my email.
I am having my residence at sukhdev . there are a lot of problems with this falt but I want to get you noticed about a big issue that is of lift . The lift for Flats like 4-E are getting worde day by day . Lift sounds very bad when we use it . It needs service . If my ratting matters for the ludhiana improvement trust then till now it is zero . This type of service can’t be expected . I am hoping for the solution for this problem in future .
