I booked tickets through the travel agent, surya travels amit Singh who was referred to bysulekha.com. The travel agent took the payment from me and did not furnish the tickets to me and had to book tickets at twice the rate. I filed the complaint before sulekha.com since they had provided me with the details. They do not even verify whether the details provided is genuine or not. They procide details of fraudsters and my hard earned money has gone. They are not even concerned with what had happened and how it has to be solved. Kindly look into the matter and take action against such fraudsters. Make sure that others are not cheated as i have been cheated. So do not ever make any bookings or any other work through sulekha.com as they are cheaters.
