#549, Sun View Residency, Bhel Layout, Pattenegere, RR Nagar, Bangalore. This is a 3 stored building. we moved into ground Floor 1BHK house on july 11th 2016 with a settlement with the owner. we have moved out on 15th sep 2015. the deposit settlement was not complete. they have deducted 7000/- for unwanted reason . Now asking for actual reason they aint ready to state it across and giving reasons like paint, water motor silly things .Any one moving to this block please be careful. the owner is a money bug.
