My name is GAURAV KUMAR and a i am working with Sundram business services (SUNDRAM BPO INDIA LIMITED 20, Patullos Road, Chennai – 600002. Phone : +91 4428599900 / 28526353) in Mortgage Team V-4 Plaza KP block Plot no- 16 Pitampura Branch New Delhi (Delhi CPA) My Employee ID is B00295 Date of Joining 3rd September 2012 for almost twelve month as per my services i did not get any incentive for this Quarter while everyone in the team have got their share of incentive. I only get the Incentive for Fist Quarter (Sep-12 to Dec-12) for INR 3000/- and my team member has almost transfer the Incentive amount 10000 -15000/- please clarify the same. For recent Quarter (Jan-13 to Mar-13) i have not received incentive but my team member has almost transferred the Incentive amount 12000 -15000/- please clarify the same.
My job profile is to check all physical file Home loan & Lap File login query, & All kyc entry in SFDC updation of cam in SFDC punching report in physical file & last but not the least sfdc log in. I am writing this all because when i asked the reason for not transfer of Incentive my Regional manger Mr. Sachin Sharma & Mr. Rajesh kumar Arora they said that i just do copy & paste and nothing else & more over you leave the office at 6:30P.m to 7P.M as per my offer letter it’s mentioned you need to work in shifts but if we work from 9:30 to 8:30 pm how can i balance my personal; life my only request for you is please give me my share of incentive for this quarter(Jan-13 to Mar-13) & previous quarter(Sep-12 to Dec-12) & my manager told him every time this is a private sector there are no office timing or late sitting work this company & company launch the attendance HRMS side or company again & again provide new rules this point my objection please provide HR policy & office timing my boss & senior told him kind take a action & company terminate office not permission to HR dated 10oct2013.
My Boss Mr. Sachin Sharma has provided misleading information to HR Department about my work and on the basis of information provided by Mr. Sachin Sharma to HR manager they have provided us the show cause notice to me and without any information they have hold my salary.
Please see the below requirement of Mr. Sachin Sharma:-
1. They want me to sit in the office late night without providing the meal
2. They want me to work on national holiday 2nd October 2013
Also see the below misleading information which was provided by Mr. Sachin Sharma to HR Deparment.:-
Instance 3: 2nd Oct
Today whole team is working due to month end pressure for business support but Mr. Gaurav Kumar has not report in office till now without any information (he was well aware that we are working on 2nd October).
Instance 2: 1st Oct
today again Gaurav called at 6 : 40 PM (time as per my mobile) to leave the office (in peak month end time when even we do not know whether will go home tonight or not), advised him to help team but he refused
Instance 1: 30th Sep
left the office without any information to the manager @ 4:16 pm (without thinking that it’s month end time and team need support) and have not turned back to office yesterday . Also would like to inform you that he is not doing any work since yesterday, Team leader had asked him to complete one case but he put the file aside without even informing him that he is not doing the work assigned.
• Not team oriented: – Not ready to stretch as per requirement of client business which create unnecessary pressure on rest team. There are instances when team support in his work when he have any personal work and want to leave early but as and when team required support he refused by giving excuse of his personal obligation fulfilment.
• Intention issue: – Not ready to share work pressure of team intentionally but ask for share in team incentive
• Not ready to work as per client requirement : – As per client business requirement rest team except him stretch but he left office by 6 or 7 PMbut now team also start cripping for early leaving the office like him. (Please note late sitting is industry trend in which we are working)
• Leaves in peak business time : – He always have some or other reason for taking leaves during month end days when business is at peak, would like to mention that this is the time when we can’t even afford leave of any single person due to such peak business volume and to accommodate such high business volume the work we have to spent 1-2 whole night.
• Undue advantage :- There are instances when he ask us for a favour of coming late to office but when we ask him to stretch on that particular day he refused even in that day itself by saying that he has to be at home before 7 : 30 PM due to his personal obligation fulfilment.

Please confirm the office timing as in the trail mail only mention for late.
a) More than 3 late logins in a month will be termed as “Half Day Leave” and it will be deducted from your PL.
