You must first explain the situation to the office receptionist in front of the crowd in order to meet a gynaecologist there.
Then they talk about it in an unabashedly open manner.
I was forced to hold back from even asking simple inquiries by Dr. Hafeez Rahman’s extreme rudeness and harsh statements.
basic empathy in dialogue was lacking.
And in exchange for poor service, they stole our money.
I want to know why the surgery was so extortionately expensive.
Why isn’t their staff—from the receptionist to the doctors—trained on how to treat patients with dignity?
